We work at same computer, 4 users at Windows 10, but I want to change screen resolution to 1280x960, only at my login session.

If I change and logout, next user will have that new screen resolution, then before I logout I must restore old resolution (1920x1080).

IS THERE A WAY to change screen resolution only for current user?

Because changing screen resolution, at all users sessions, also changes the desktop icons position!

This is really a bad feature, as everything else at desktop look like "personal, by user".

You need to download and install the third party application to achieve this. You may try Caroll This freeware will automatically adjust the screen resolutions for each PC user.

    Hi there,

Windows OS does not let you set screen resolution per user. Once you set a screen resolution using the Control Panel, the same setting applies to all users. There are freeware like Caroll which will automatically adjust the screen resolutions for each PC user.

This is what we call behavior by design and Windows will share some settings among all users and what you explained is one of them. In this case, you may open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and create a suggestion and justify your requirement.
Meanwhile, to do this you would need an third-party programs.
