Reverse geocoding for Hongkong returns wrong address names

Question

I am calling the REST API via this URL: https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations/22.30228,114.19141?o=xml&key=mykey
The return values though give me an address far away, irrespective of which coordinates I use in Hongkong. The XML reply looks like this:
<Location>
<Name>37 Po Loi St, Kowloon City District, Kowloon</Name>
<Point>
<Latitude>22.30247</Latitude>
<Longitude>114.19101</Longitude>
</Point>
This is 0.5 away from the location given.
An unstructured URL returns no address at all. With coordinates from other countries though this is working really well.
Any clue what could be the issue?
