Hi, I am trying to download Windows 11 but it is showing that it is not compatible

Question

They said to download the PC health check, so I did and then they showed me the problem.

so I went to the CPU requirements and they showed there that it that it is compatible

What can I do?

Windows upgrade is designed to fail on unsupported hardware / BIOS / drive configuration.

A Windows 11 clean install has worked on many unsupported configurations.

Windows 11 can currently be used in the unsupported mode as long as the end user understands the risks and benefits.

End users may not benefit from the improved performance and security.

And end users may suffer with failed updates of Windows and Microsoft Defender.

So far many clean installs on unsupported configurations have had updates without problems.

So there are risks and benefits and each end user must make their decision when the configuration is unsupported.

You can see that your i7-7700 Intel processor is not in the list windows-11-supported-intel-processors

Unfortunately, i7-7700 processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
