Can we block file transfer from Windows PC to Android phone?

I am looking for a method to block end-users from transferring confidential data from Windows 10 devices to Android phones using Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Endpoint DLP.

I look forward to a guide for this.

This can be done by blocking\restricting access to Bluetooth using either Device restriction profile or Device control setting.

You can restrict copying the data to USB devices in Microsoft Intune by creating a custom profile.
