    Hi there,

Only 8th generation processor are supported . It seems i3-5005U is not supported.

    Windows 11 supported Intel processors

Generally, when you install an OS on unsupported devices you can never predict what would reciprocate to your device . It has been stated that you might not get regular security updates and Quality updates on unsupported devices. It is then all your decision.

Upgrades can be performed in the unsupported mode.

End users must evaluate the risks and benefits.

There are multiple websites reporting how to modify the registry and files to perform an unsupported upgrade.

Windows 11 can be clean installed on most computers.

Unsupported upgrades / installations may not benefit from the improved performance and security.
