Azure Load Balancer with SQL VM

i have a Azure Load Balancer with 2 SQL VM backend pools and 4 front end configurations i have setup the health ports 1433,1434,1435,1436 but it doesn't not seem to make the health check green i have the exact same setup on another subscription and it works fine
