Cluster network name resource failed registration DNS names

I have a clustered file server, for some time I have eventID 1257 every 15 minutes.

Cluster network name resource failed registration of one or more associated DNS names(s) because the access to update the secure DNS Zone was denied.

Cluster Network name: 'Cluster Name'
DNS Zone: '<DomainName>'

Ensure that cluster name obiect (CNO) is granted permissions to the Secure DNS Zone

I deleted the A-Record of the Cluster, moved ClusterRole service to another ClusterNode and the DNS entry recreated. The error did not return after 15 minutes but after 1 hour it was still there. My CNO as full control on the DNS entry.

Can someone help me I'm running out of ideas.
