No, firstly you have to check and make sure your device is compatible with the Windows 11, and in this case you may download and run the PC Health Check app to check, the link for download is as follow:

In case, your device is compatible, you don't have to worry about license or activation, you could upgrade to the Windows 11 and it will use your Windows 10 product key for activation and you just have to make sure your Windows 10 device is fully activated.

    Hello @Moustafa Ismail ,

    Thank you for your question.

No, you don't lose, your files or programs are not negatively affected.

I recommend that you go to the link below and click on the first option called "Windows 11 Installation Wizard", it is the simplest to use and the most practical for the upgrade process:

    Hi @Moustafa Ismail ,

nevertheless the upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 will normally run smooth without loosing data: If you have valuable files/data on your computer I really recommend to create a backup of this valuable data before starting the upgrade! For instance copy the files on an external drive, usb stick, cloud storage, ....
Even if upgrades are running smooth 1000 times .... "Murphy's law" could hit hard in one of this cases ;-)
    Better be safe than sorry!
