Differences between M365 Business Premium and Enterprise E3 with E5 security add-on?

We are looking at various plans, but I am only able to see a comparison of the "Business" plans and the "Enterprise" plans compared against others in their environment. What is the distinction between the two plans, as they both seem to offer similar solutions.
