Why doesn't OneDrive search url-decode search string on results page?

When searching for a literal string, like "nonexistent keyword", from inside the OneDrive web app, for a term which does not exist inside my OneDrive, I get the message:

We couldn't find any results for %quot;nonexistent keyword%quot;

How can I configure my instance to stop showing this raw URL encoding, and instead show the original literal string with the double quotes?

    I reproduced your issue on OneDrive for Business.
    Based on my research and testing, I found that the issue may be caused by naming restrictions of OneDrive.

    For more information, please refer to: Restrictions and limitations in OneDrive and SharePoint.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    If you have a suggestion about this issue, I would suggest that you click OneDrive icon and go to Help & Settings>Send feedback to submit it to Micosoft direclty.

    Thank you for confirming there is nothing that can be done about it except request it be addressed in feedback. "Restrictions and limitations in OneDrive and SharePoint" doesn't address anything about search results pages.

    When I attempted to provide feedback per your instructions, I got the following error:

    I will attempt to lower my users' expectations about product quality from Microsoft to mitigate situation.
