install shared printer from print server windows 10

i have a problem with installation shared printer from the print server in domain network under windows 2008. the workstation is windows 10 pro 21h1. when i try with the select shared printer by name \printserver\nameprinter, i click next, it start install driver and i receive message

'cannot connect to network printer with error 0x000007c'

i restarted the spool service on client workstation, on the print server but everytime is same.

i tryed with creating local port where i typed \printserver\nameprinter. the installation is ok, but i cannot print from this printer. on other workstations windows 10 and windows 7 i have not problems.
