In use BYOD devices to corporate-owned with work profile devices

Hi y'all,

Currently we are looking into using corporate-owned with work profile devices.

Last couple of years we purchased lots of Android devices which are now all used as BYOD.

Is it possible to enroll these devices by the user to become corporate-owned with work profile devices?

Or do we need to perform a factory reset and enroll with the token or QR code?

    There is no direct path to convert. You will have to reset.

    As RahulJindal said, there is no direct path to convert BYOD enrollment devices to corporate-owned with work profile devices.

    If you want to enroll corporate-owned with work profile devices, it is suggested to remove the BYOD device in intune portal, factory reset the device and then re-enroll the device using Android Enterprise corporate-owned with a work profile enrollment method.
