Outlook Message Read Report

Question

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a tool available to track read receipts. I send a message to multiple recipients with the request read receipt option enabled, I do receive the read receipts in my inbox but calculating the open rate is a very manual task.

As I know, there's such an Tracking option to check the view of all recipients after the recipient sends the read receipt.

Please open the original message that you sent with a read receipt in Sent Items folder. On the Message tab, in the Show group, choose Tracking. If you don't see the Tracking button, please note:

Hello,

I am not sure if there is a Microsoft tool that you are asking for. With email tracking or read receipt, you will be able to know who opened your email but will not give you the number of recipients that opened your emails for example, if this is what you are asking.

Hi @ChristyZhang-MSFT ,
Thank you, it seems this feature is not working properly. I have received 3 read receipts out of 6 recipients and only 1 read receipt is shown on the tracking tool.
