I want to delete the resource group linux, but never success. It just hang there and never success.

What kind of resources you have in that resource group? Make sure to uncheck show hidden types in the resource group page. The issue could be due to some dependencies between different resource in that resource group or another resource group. Try to find if there are some associations and disassociate them first.
