Method to delete old profiles for domain users on Workstations/devices where the AD account has been deleted

Does anyone know of or have, a method to delete users profiles properly from client devices, of deleted domain users. By "properly" I mean that it emulates the process of going to Properties >> Advanced System Settings >> Advanced TAB >> User profiles.

With the early days of SSD's and tablets, some have quite limited storage and I need to remove them en masse from a large number of domain joined devices, some of which are not always accessible (turned off)

At this particular site the Server OS is 2008R2 and Client OS Windows 10.

I don't want to delete profiles where the user still exists on the domain, the nursing staff rotate around the different wards and hence sit at different machines - I don't want to delete them if they are still users on the domain, as they have to have the App reconfigured, links to OLK re-established every time a new profile is created.

Any suggestions... besides visiting 100's of machines... keep that one to yourself..

    Hello @Shane King

In my case I am using GPO. You can set to automatically delete Domain user profiles that are older than X time.

Path: Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → User Profile → Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart

Hope this helps with your query,
