Where can an Admin set a policy that any shared document should have a password in OneDrive or Sharepoint?

Users can share a document and password protect it:

But how can an admin set a policy that every document that's being shared should be password protected? Setting a password looks like an optional thing the user or end users can do or not do.

When I look at the admin settings here I can't see an option that would allow me to set a policy requiring all shared documents to have a password:

    Hi @Holger Buerger ,

Actually, there is currently no such option to set a global policy that forces all sharing links to be password protected in SharePoint Online, even though you are an administrator. SharePoint security is not only a matter of having SharePoint admin permissions. It definitely is a team effort where so many other roles are involved. Other security features like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Security and Compliance, planning the people or groups who can share, access control policies and etc. deserve your consideration as an alternative.
