rename the file and change extension(.pptx)
Powerpoint won't download from email
I tried to download a .pptx from an email, but the downloaded file does not work. In the download folder the icon is a blank sheet rather than the Powerpoint icon, although it is described as a Powerpoint presentation and is the correct size. I tried several times with the same result. It downoads and works on a different computer. Powerpoint 365 is installed and working and will play existing ppt presentations.
