Edition Windows 10 Home Single Language
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎17-‎06-‎2021
OS build 19043.1320
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

My Hp laptop is not able to turn off windows completely after the first 5 minutes of the start. If I try to turn off the laptop before 5 minutes then it gets turned off.

The laptop screen and may be fan gets off but the shutdown key and rj45 show light. I have to hard shutdown it by pressing the shutdown button.

This thing started after servicing the laptop. The onboard battery is also replaced as laptop battery was not working

I have tried to disable instant Turn on PC and also tried to change battery setting also but nothing is working

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Download and install: HP Diagnostics UEFI Version 8.3.0,0
    https://www.hp.com/us-en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/pc-diags.html

    2) Turn off Windows Fast startup:
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    shutdown /s /f /t 0

    4) Plan to run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight

    5) Turn on the computer and repetitively click F2 or F10 > open diagnostics > click extensive > click loop until error > run overnight > the next day if it has made 2 or more loops click esc > take pictures of the tests performed with results > post images into this thread using share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

What problems had the computer had and what was done during the servicing?

What was the result when shutdown /s /f /t 0 was ran?

As these commands are entered run the respective Windows troubleshooters.
For each troubleshooter click Advanced > uncheck apply repairs automatically
When the troubleshooted has completed click detailed results > post images or share links

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    chkdsk /scan
    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
    msdt.exe -id PowerDiagnostic
    powercfg -h off

I have run all tests and one more thing I have noticed. 147969-screenshot-2021-11-09-201442.png148155-screenshot-2021-11-09-193358.png

if I have added a sleep time of 30m the computer does not get to wake after pressing the keyboard button And also at this time RJ45 light is OFF.

    TURN ON SLEEP MODE

    RJ45 light is off
    and laptop do not wake

    POWER OFF After 10 Minutes

    -Fan On
    -Rj45 light on
and Power and audio jack light are also on.
