I cant find thw windows 11 update anywhere

so iv tried to update my windows 10 to windows 11 but I searched up how to do it and they said to check your windows update. I tried to find it their I couldn't. I also checked if my laptop met the requirement it did. I used the pc health check-up app to see if it met the requirements
