Deploying Existing VM/Web App to other regions

Hello Everyone.

I have a few web apps and VMs which are in the Europe region. Currently, we are experiencing a traffic surge from the US. Many of our customers from US are complaining regarding the speed of our applications.

What Azure services do I need to look at to replicate my resources to US region and load balance according to the source of traffic?
