How to create a Managed Identity for Azure Container App (or for the Environment) which is in preview ?

Use case: access to Key Vault or other Azure resources via MSI.

    @James Hamil it does not answer the question. Since he is talking about Azure Container Apps which was just released in public preview some weeks ago.
