Can I create a search ar within a Sharepoint Page (not site) that only applies specifically to the content linked in that page?

We've created a Sharepoint page, and I was asked if we could just search the content that was linked to that page, rather than the whole site. The only functionality I can find in online documentation is how to customize search for the whole site. Are there any ways to include a search bar within a page to only search the content linked there?

    there is no such OTB feature. You may try to add Path parameter to KQL like that:

    Path:https://example.com/pages/foo.aspx

    But it will just limit search result to content located on specified page (not linked in that page). I.e. basically similar to Ctrl-F in browser so doesn't have a lot of sense.
