HoloLens 2 - 3 Flashing lights

Hi, my HoloLens 2 makes sound when I turn it on, however the display does not come up. After about 15 seconds, the power lights begin flashing (3 lights with a gap in between each light). I was wondering what this indicates in the hopes of fixing the device. Thanks.

    If the 1st, 3rd, and 5th lights flash together continually, your HoloLens may have a hardware failure. Please contact support: http://aka.ms/hololenssupport
