Viva Read Percentage Low

Microsoft moderator only please: I read all of my emails, but the Viva read percentage for many of top collaborators is less than 100%. What are the conditions that have caused this error for others?

Please reply with confirmed information. Guesses aren't helpful in this case.

I checked in my lab and found that some of the collaborators' email read percent are not 100% as well, although I don't have any unread emails in my mailbox.
While some collaborators who sent a less amount of emails are 100%.

Usually I also only read the mails in the preview window without double-clicking to open it, so I think it may not be the cause here.

I suppose the possible cause may be there are some emails which have large contents in body and you didn't go fully through these ones.

Hi Heather,

Sorry but the related documentation doesn't have a detailed explanation on it.

If possible, I would suggest opening a service request via Microsoft 365 admin center so the support can take a further look into this issue.
