From Calling SDK document, Azure.Communication.Calling supports .NetCore 3.0, and .NetFramework 4.6.1 according to Nuget: NuGet Gallery | Azure.Communication.Calling 1.0.0-beta.29

Anyone has made it working with .net framework wpf application in C#?

    Apologize for late response! Had discussion with PG on this and the application is not supported on WPF at the time.
    We only support WinRT\UWP applications.
