Hi All

One of my user is facing issue with Meeting invites. The Recurring meeting invites doesn't pop up for reminders even though reminders are set on these invites.
user accepts meeting invites and sometimes they dont show up on this calendar. outlook profile has been reconfigured but same issue.
Experts guide me on this.

    Hi,

    If the reminders are not working in outlook, can you check the below and see if that makes any difference?

    1. check if the reminder is enabled on the File-> Options -> Advanced -> Reminders
    2. Open the occurrence of the recurring meeting and check the reminder under Meeting Occurrence
    3. Try the outlook switches - /cleanreminders, /resetfolders
    4. Refer https://support.microsoft.com/en-ae/help/2787708/reminders-in-outlook-do-not-appear for registry
    5. Check for any add-ins and try in safe mode
    6. If its for specific user, try configuring outlook profile on a different machine and check

    Hi with regard to the issue you're having can you also check if user only using 1 account or using shared calendar?

    Which version of Exchange/Outlook are you using?
    Can you check if same issue occurs when using OWA?
    Did the meeting creater receive the message saying "User has accpeted the meeting"?
    Run the following command to check if the meeting exists in his mailbox:

    get-mailbox user@contoso.com |search-mailbox -searchquery ‘(kind:meetings) AND (from:creater@contoso.com)’ -TargetMailbox “user@contoso.com” -TargetFolder “inbox” -LogOnly -LogLevel Full

    i did raise request with Microsoft they suspect its bug in andriod causing this, users mobile device is suppressing these alerts

    Regarding with these issues make sure both users are using same Exchange Version example 2019, once corrected under the same version you may consider to redo the sharing. Thank you.
