I have quite a few "...Rollback Undo...bak" on my SQL Server host going back several years. Can I deleted these files manually?

    Hi @OHPRS Admin ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
"...Rollback Undo...bak" This seems to be your backup file? Do you mean there are a lot of backup files?
Yes, you can manually delete old backup files without affecting the restore database.
But in the long term, I would suggest you create and schedule a maintenance plan in SQL Server Management Studio. You will be able to add a single step (or multiple if you want to automate nightly backups) to clean up back up files after x hours/days/weeks/months.
For the process of automatic deletion I said, you can refer to this article, which contains detailed steps and screenshots.

If I misunderstood you, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards,
    Seeya

    Just to be clear.

SQL Server does not create "...Rollback Undo...bak" files. These must be something an admin created on your server. They are not used by SQL Server.
