    I’m afraid that no such tool for Skype for Business on-premises.
    Skype for Business server 2019 has the following service management tools:

    • Call Quality Dashboard
    • KHI Resources
    • Statistics Manager for Skype for Business Server 2015
    • Manage Skype for Business Server 2019 using SCOM Management pack
    • Skype for Business Server Capacity Planning Calculator
