Viva Insights on Teams

We wish to use Teams Viva Insights.

The documents state that all insights data is held in Exchange online. However with our teams implementation we are using Exchange Hybrid, keeping our exchange on prem servers for email.

Will insights still work with Exchange Hybrid(I assume exchange hybrid syncs on prem calendars with exchange online) ?

Also the documentation states that data is held in the tenancy, but does not state where the data is processed. We use customer keys and need to ensure that the data does not get processed or stored outside of the UK.

Where can i find out where data is processed?

    Hi @Nunez, William (Leonardo, UK) , if you are working in a hybrid Exchange environment, Viva Insights will be available only for migrated mailboxes hosted on Exchange Online.
    On-prem mailboxes can't run Viva Insights unless you are moving them to cloud (and of course assign them a proper M365 license).
