We have an application that uses IExpress.exe to build single execution package. We want to know if IExpress.exe is present by default in all windows OS after Windows XP? Is IExpress.exe present in windows OS even if Internet Explorer is not there in the OS by default? Kindly answer this query.

Thanks.

    Hi there,

IExpress is a component of Windows 2000 and later versions of the operating system are used to create self-extracting packages from a set of files. The IExpress Wizard is a tool that is provided in the Internet Explorer 6 Administration Kit, so the IExpress.exe doesn't exist in all versions of the Windows Operating System.
