Capturing WIM failed

Hi team, I get below error Message after trying to create a wim file after sysprep and capturing in MDT 2004.     Hi anonymous user,

    It seem there are something wrong with office.

    To get passed this, we could create this variable, the following example, put it it in customsettings.ini file, but we should be able to add it to the Task Sequence. It just needs to be set before the Sysprep steps.

    Hi @Amandayou-MSFT ,

    I already did that like 10 times.. nothing works.
    An offline media installation works, but that would not capture the image.
    first attempt it does not install office and visual 2019, second attempt only O365.
    uninstalled MDT and ADK and deleted every file related to MDT. nothing works anymore. I give up on this topic, it takes to much troubleshoot time.
