The set up as following
3x FE
2x Edge
2x Office web app server
SqlAG for BE
I am trying to share powerpoint using the above setup. I noticed the powerpoint file is downloadable from the sfb client, however the screen is not showing the powerpoint presentation, it gives "Some presenting features are unavailable due to server connectivity issues."
Using fiddler on the sfb client, it returned an url to OWS server and lead to error.html on the subsequently.
Upon checking packets using MS Network Monitor on OWS servers, i noticed that there is error in smb2 "-NT Status: System -Error, Code = (52) STATUS_NAME_NOT_FOUND_CREATE (0x5), File=1-WebServices-17\StorageService\DataExport@#number", so i am not sure this is related.
Anything i can check on? have read the following however was confused because there is no mentioning how the OWS aware of the location of the file from FE

Does this issue persist all the time? Or what do you do before this issue happened?
According to the error message, it recommends you check if the ports 443, 3478 and 50000 are opened on firewall. Meanwhile, go to the shared file, in general on SQL server, open 1-WebServices-17\ StorageService folder, to check if the PowerPoint file is here.
In addition, do an office repair to see if it can fix it.

Thank you for stopping by, as i observed, there is no problem for audio/video, screen, file, whiteboard sharing. The only problem is with PPT presentation. The file is able to be uploaded and another person is able to save it. However the screen failed to show the ppt slide with the error "Some presenting features are unavailable due to server connectivity issues."
I have update the sfb client and it still behaving the same. I have verified The folder "1-WebServices-17\ StorageService" has no file in it.
The port 443 should be working because the ows discovery it working.
