Remote apps in AVD launching with local profiles

Once users are logged in to a shared Desktop hostpool, they do not get defied if they start a remote app from another hostpool.
We have Direct Access type in FSLOGIX so the users get a local profile on the remote app session hosts if they have a Session Desktop open from another Hostpool.
We have the PreventLoginWithFailure and PreventLoginwithTempProfile set to 1 but it doesn,t function in this scenario.

But If a remote app is opened first from a hostpool and then users try to opena desktop from another hostpool, then the failure occurs.
Is that how it should be??

PS: we have Win 10MS as OS.
Please help

    Issue Description:
If a remote app is opened first from a hostpool and then users try to open a desktop from another hostpool, the failure occurs.
    Is it expected?

    Recommendation:
It depends on your configuration. If you are trying to use the same profile across host pools, then yes, this behavior is expected.
Our guidance is to configure a separate profile for each host pool.
