Has anyone else gotten an email from “Microsoft Hotmail” at no-reply@microsoft.com like this? Is it legit?

I received this one on Friday, but it looks so real that I don't![204292-capture-1.jpg][1] know what to think. I have not gone followed their instructions because obviously, I did not make the request nor have noticed any suspicious activity with my email. What do you guys think? Please help.

I also received a similar email from 'no-reply@msn.com'. Can anyone confirm that this email is real or fake? If fake, how can the Outlook allow those guys using this email address('no-reply@msn.com')?
