Azure guest user authentications issues - Excel and PowerBI asking for authentications all the time

Hello, I have an Analysis Service instance running on Azure. Based on this AAS, my users are invited as guest users in my AD tenant. And they are allowed to read the data in AAS through Excel or PowerBI. They have accepted the invitations and created their ID&Pwd, even MFA with email/phone.

Now, we have a problem at the part of logging. For users who log in with Excel and PowerBI, azure keeps asking authentications, even they have already correctly enter their ID&Pwd 3 times.

I did not find the documents to configure this part or similar issues on FAQ.

Thanks in advance if you can have a look at this issue.

If they are using Power BI desktop, according to this documentation, administrators can use the following registry key to disable the sign-in form. This can also be pushed out using global policies to the entire organization.

Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop valueName: ShowLeadGenDialog

A value of 0 will disable the dialog.

Can you tell me what the exact prompt is that they receive? Is it an invalid username or are they just given the login prompt over and over?
