Cant sign into any apps

Moved app from old phone to new, have no access to old phone had factory reset it as well. All my accounts synced to the new phones authenticator app.. no codes are working for the accounts on it. I have no mobile device registered to my Microsoft account ig, don't have 2fa enabled on my Microsoft account. Idk what to do, I'm locked out of 3 apps so far and one of those apps I use daily.
