Have reinstalled the reporting services role and using SQL Server 2016 SSRS.
Get the Application Monitoring and Windows Server Reports folders but then nothing else after that.

I know there is a fix for this on SQL Server 2017 SSRS but that option is not available in 2016. The 31567 errors i only got them when i uninstalled reporting services when i reinstall it they dont come back up again so not sure if there is something where i cannot use SQL Server 2016 SSRS at all

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Has it always been like this, or have you had any changes recently?

Any other errors/warning events in the Operations Manager event log?

You could go through the links mentioned in the similar old forum post over here:
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/a8535f7f-83f0-4c77-858e-ea80a1d9e163/scom-reports-issue-unable-to-open-the-reports-in-scom-console-not-loading-at-all-blank-screen?forum=operationsmanagerreporting

PS: Since this also involves SCOM, you could add the msc-operations-manager-reporting tag to your question.

    Hi All
Thanks for those answers. I did look at those exact same ones,
I did end up taking it up to SQL Server 2017 SSRS and applied the fix but still didnt work.
I was actually getting errors in regards to Data Warehouse event logs such as 31565 which was about an unknown component which failed to deploy but the database name and component name were null

I did again manage to resolve the issue. I had did an upgrade on SCOM to 2019 but what happened was the permissions from the service accounts had disappeared during it, so even though it completed certain parts got corrupted hence the constant 31565 errors. Unfortunately reinstalling the report server didnt work either although it did deploy the Windows Server Operating system reports but no further. Even went as far as removing the management packs the role tries to import on first install but that also didnt work.

Eventually i went back to my 1807 DB backup and performed the upgrade again and that worked :)
