Can You Please Help Me speed up and fix Visual Studio Code lag?

Hello,

I am a vscode fan and I use it too much. But, from previous 1 month, some problem is happening with the app. Whenever I turn on my pc and launch vscode, it lags. I need to go in the task manager, and then end task, and restart vscode again. I have only 3 extensions - Python, Pylance, Live Server. I tried deleting it and then downloading a fresh vscode, it still didn't work. I also tried VS Code Insiders, which unfortunately, didn't work. Previously, it worked smooth and fine and even when I downloaded a virtual machine in my pc, the vscode worked fine. My PC Specs: Intel Core i3 1005G1 - 2 cores, 4 threads, 4 logical processors. RAM- 8GB Storage - 1TB HDD
