Please help me, Tell me what to do

I've uninstalled it and than installed it many times but this problem----- "" One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For mor information see the log file.""

    The problem is a bad certificate.

    This is really an issue with the cert key on WebView2. Ultimately the problem lies with TouchVPN's installer. I would touch base with them. However this seems to have been a problem at the beginning of the year as well as seen here. If running the latest installer doesn't work then report the issue to them and then try to install the WebView2 component first as discussed in the above link. After it is installed then rerun the VPN setup.
