Hi,

I am using English OS (system language) and now I have installed German (for example) from Windows Store (language pack status is ok in settings app).
After the reboot, the windows "Settings" app is still in English while other components like Edge and File explorer shows correct language (German).
Is there a way to force the change of language of the "Settings" App?

Usually, a language pack should change most of the things including Settings, but some things do remain in the initial language like menu items. Have you tried Resetting the Settings app?

    Hi there,

As it seems only setting app is in English the most working solution to resolve this issue on Windows 10, is to remove and to re-add the display language.

You can also try this Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language > Spelling, typings, & keyboard settings > Advanced keyboard settings > Let me use a different input method for each app window.

This might be due to some corrupted registries. I suggest you to refer the below link on how to perform System File Checker and check if it helps.
