When I try to copy an attachment from Outlook and paste it into a folder, my explorer shows the "not responding" error.
I reinstall windows but the same problem appears.
Thank you.

Best regards,
Valentin.

    Hi @Valentin ,

    Welcome to our forum!
Would you mind offering me more information for further analysis:

    1. Whether you cannot copy all attachment or just specific ones.
    2. If adding your account to another Outlook client, whether the issue will appear.

Given this case, it is recommend you use the followig troubleshooting:

    • Check the version of the Outlook client(File > Office Account > About Outlook), and make sure that you upgrade it to the latest(File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now)
    • Sometimes addins may also lead to the error, run outlook in safe mode: Win+R, type outlook.exe /safe.
    • If above doesn't help, try creating a new Outlook profile by following these steps:
Open Control Panel > Mail > Show profiles > Add a new profile and connect your account to see if the issue continues.

    Hi there,

This problem occurs for one or more of the following reasons:

-You have not installed the latest updates.
-Outlook is in use by another process.
-Outlook is loading external content, such as images in an email message.
-A previously installed add-in is interfering with Outlook.
-You have to repair your Office programs.
-Outlook data files have become corrupted or damaged.
-Your installed antivirus software is outdated, or it conflicts with Outlook.
-Your user profile has become corrupted.
    -Another program conflicts with Outlook.

You can follow the troubleshooting steps from the below article and see if that helps you
