Empty error message while creating Storage Account

Question

Hi guys,

I've been trying to create a Data Lake Storage Gen2 in order to use it on my Azure Databricks course but I'm having some problems.

I have free tier account with $200 in credits and recently upgraded to Pay-As-You-Go in order to have some better features.

Whenever I try to create a storage account I run into the same error while on the Review + Create page:

I'm using the same resource group as my Databricks Cluster and also the same region.

I'm attaching some pictures showing step-by-step of the creation.

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

This is not a regular error, there are no proper errors in the first place to categorize it. Sometimes very rarely these kinds of strange issues happen but it is very transient, have you tried again using a different location, and do you face the same issue every time you try it?

As a last resort, I would suggest having a word with azure support to find the root cause for this.
