Hi @Allen Young ,
Have you chance to use Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center?
You can download it from there.

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am attempting to stand up a new server in my network and I would like to use the Windows Server 2016 Standard key that I have. However, my attempts to download an ISO for this OS from Microsoft is proving to be quite difficult. The Evaluation Center that a lot of the responses to this question are referring to seems to no longer exist. I can't even find a link for Server 2019. Can the direct link to Server 2016 Standard be provided?
Thanks in advance.

My apologies, but I am not sure how this relates to my issue.
Unfortunately, you haven't chance to download earlier versions of Windows Servers on the Internet for free.
But if you have chance to use Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center, you can download the ISO file from there.
I sent an internal email about this yesterday. Stay tuned.
