SCSM - Unable to access Reporting Services

We're installing System Center Service Manager and the only service that seems to be non-functional is the Reporting section. When I launch SCSM I get the error:

The Service Manger data warehouse SQL Reporting Services server is currently unavailable. You will be unable to execute reports until this server is available...

When accessing the Reporting section from the Console, there is no data there and when accessing it via the web (https://<Servername>/Reports or https://<Servername>/ReportServer), I get the IIS error "The resource cannot be found" (just like this).

Looking in the Event Viewer under the Operations Manager logs, I see this error:

Event ID: 33569
Source: Console Operations
Message: Cannot connect to SQL Reporting Services Server. Message= An unexpected error occurred while connecting to SQL Reporting Services server: System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: ‘<Server FQDN>’

The SQL database is on a separate server. The ReportServer database exists and all SQL services are running. I've checked the Reporting Services Configuration Manager and it appears to be good, although I may not be looking at the right stuff. The two servers are in the same VLAN and I have a network connection between them. There are also no firewalls or ACL's that would cause an issue.

I'm taking this install over from another tech so I don't have a super in-depth knowledge of how everything was configured, so any help you guys can provide is appreciated!

I would check the following steps first:

Open a browser on the SQL Reporting Service server and try https://<Servername>/Reports

    If success

Open a browser on the SCSM Data Warehouse Management Server server and try https://<Servername>/Reports

    If success

Open a browser on the SCSM Management Server server and try https://<Servername>/Reports

    Regards
