Hi,
I created a report on Power BI desktop with Web data (two excel files stored on the company's One Drive/SharePoint folder, and the analysis entails merging data between the two files) and published on Power BI Service.
Any changes made in the source data in One Drive is reflected right away on Power BI desktop. However, Power BI Service has a problem of refreshing. It is indicating a credential problem.
As I try to edit the credential information on Power BI Service, the following window pops up/
I chose the credential method Basic, and entered my organizational ID and password - but it gives me error message below.
Data source error The scheduled update is invalid because you do not have the credentials for at least one data source. To start the update again, go to the settings page for this dataset and enter the credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate the scheduled update.

I tried different combination of the information entered for Credential information, but it does not go anywhere.
The privacy level setting for the dataset on Power BI Desktop is set as Organizational, and I am assuming that it is correct.
Some of the postings in the Power BI community suggest that I try using Gateway but I wonder if I have to go that path... In fact, I have tried gateway option and continue facing the problem of accessing the SharePoint files (error reason: AccessUnauthorized)
If there is any other way to solve this issue, I'd like to try. Appreciate anyone's help.
