The 763 MB of unallocated space (10 + 753) can be used.
In order to use it the partitions need to moved.
This can be accomplished with third party software.
(MiniTool partition wizard, Disk Genius, etc.)

Disk Management often does not display all partitions on a disk drive.
(the hidden partitions are not seen)
Normally a GPT partition has 4 default partitions.
The reserved partition is hidden and typically not seen in disk management.
The recovery partition is missing and was likely the 753 MB partition.
If you use a bootable Media Creation Tool MCT (windows 10 iso) or if you routinely make backup images then you can do without a recovery partition.
However it is handy when there are Windows problems, for example, failure to boot.

In order to see the hidden partitions open administrative command prompt and copy and paste (all at one time):
