MS Office 2019 VL - Click2Run Updates (size, download times)

Hello,

I'm trying to determine why a click2run Office Update, for Office 2019 VL, is taking some time to be applied.

(the update runs fine, updates Office to the desired version, but it take 1.5 hours to do so).

We use a command like this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user displaylevel=false updatetoversion=16.0.10363.20015] path=[]

The Update in particular is:
Office 2019 Perpetual Volume License Client Update - Version 1808 (Build 10363.20015)

I'm trying to determine:
1- The Size of this Update
2- How long it took the workstation to download the payload
3- When it was applied (optional)

I've found some numbers in the Registry Key (see the attached picture):
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Updates
22177-2020-09-02-10-47-51-registry-editor.png

But I'm not sure how to read those... for example:
DownloadTime = 13242239936325
Is that a timestamp or a Total download time?

I also see a log file in C:\Windows\Temp\ , named like hostname-date-xxxx.log, I'm seeing click2run lines, but I can't tell what I'm looking for here.

Any help is welcome!

    Hi @Raúl Aurelio Pinedo ,
Did you apply updates for organization or Personal PC?
As far as I know these registry keys are used to help you apply updates for Office automatically. So the key DownloadTime = 13242239936325 is the time Office will download updates automatically.
About your problem taking long time to apply updates, I suggest you check if you enable firewall or antivirus software.
