Win11 - 10 Key external keyboard acting as NumLock

I've got a Lenovo Yoga 9i for work and I wanted to hook up a 10 key keyboard. So I bought two of them, one wireless and one wired. Both seem to be having the same issue with my laptop. Whenever I press a key the Windows Numlock icon pops up acting as if I just hit NumLock (See image): 201439-numlcok-win11.png

The number I pressed (1 in this case) still shows up. However, every time I press a number it acts like three separate things are happening. First, it shows me that numlock gets turned on, then it enters the number I pressed and lastly it turns Numlock off.

I have a keybind software and if I hold a number down it shows the keybind is the number that I am infact pressing. However, when I release the button the keybind changes to numlock.

Here's a video of the issue: https://youtu.be/wffRbEpwqb0

Any help would be appreciated.

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Check and see if there are any drivers for these keyboards, try install them.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Also check with the keyboard's manufacturer support.

Firstly try to clear any dust embedded in keyboard which may be creating such things.

    Run hardware diagnostics.

Check if same happens in Safe mode.
