i want to improve my compliance using self-service password reset and i configured it for all users.

there's two problems:

first - allthough configured the portal still does display as "not implemented"
second - there's those nerving Exchange HealthMailbox Users that are crashing every statistic information (only have 3 users but 10 healthmailbox users) - how can i get rid of?

Any hint or info?

Best wishes
G.

    Hi @Günter Krembsler (admin) ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please share the more details regarding self-service-password reset or share screenshot of portal where it is showing self-service password reset is not implemented.

Also, as far as Exchange Health Box is concerned, they are managed using Managed Availability feature to perform continuous tests that simulate end user actions. You could delete them, but they'll be recreated if the MS Exchange Health Manager service is restarted.

    Hope this this help.

    Thanks,
    Shweta

    Hello ShwetaMathur,

i checked the current state and at first the "self service password reset" was shown on the first page of "Microsoft Purview" - "Compliance Manager".

Than i switched to the "View all improvement actions" and made an (template?)-update. Now this improvement is no longer shown on the protal.

    Very confusing ....

Regarding the Exchange User - i am aware of the function but as Microsoft is counting them as regular users they are really "disturbing" the statistics.

I can see, that you are an MS Employee?

Maybe it is possible not to have "Users" in AAD for simple monitoring actions.

Thx for yout time and assistance.

    G.
