Outlook calendar showing Travel as Private

Question

I am an Executive Assistant and my executive likes to book her own flights. She shares her calendar with me but her flights show as a "Private Appointment" on my end and she has to forward her flight information to me. How can I change this setting so I can see the flights on her calendar from my end?

To fix this issue, you may need ask your manager grant you delegate access to the calendar and access to see private items:

• Go to File > Account settings > Delegate Access > Add
  
  
• Scroll down the permisson list and select Editor.
• Check the box"Delegate can see my private items"
